Can we leave Sterling Heights?
Of course! We travel to all areas of Wayne County, Oakland County, Macomb County, Monroe County, Washtenaw County, Livingston County, and Genesee County, plus areas like Lansing, Flint, Port Huron, and Jackson for a small surcharge to cover the additional fuel costs. No matter where you might be located, you can depend on Sterling Party Bus to be committed to bringing you the best transportation service in the metro Detroit area. With the growth of our business, we're able to service a much larger area!

Can we leave Michigan?
At this time, you cannot leave Michigan. We also cannot take you to the airport. We can, however, take you anywhere in Michigan you would like to go. Just keep in mind that as long as your pick up and drop off locations are in 50 miles from our garage, no extra fees will be added to you price.

Is it a smooth ride?
Yes, it certainly is a pleasant ride! If you're used to travelling in the typical shuttle or public transportation bus, you will be surprised at how luxurious it feels to ride around in a Sterling Heights Party Bus. Of course it doesn't hurt that the interior furniture is so plush and comfortable, but the real secret is in the endless and constant maintenance that we perform on our buses before and after each trip, ensuring the smoothest ride possible for all of your most memorable events. The constant attention we give to our diverse fleet of limousines and party buses leaves you with the best possible transportation experience each and every time.

Can the reservation be cancelled?
Once you have put your deposit down, you cannot cancel the reservation. You also cannot change the date of your reservation. The only thing you might be able to do, depending on availability, is upgrade/downgrade your vehicle or change the time earlier/later.

Can we bring luggage?
You certainly can! Adding a few passenger sizes on to your desired vehicle will leave you with the perfect amount of space for passengers and luggage. In fact, this option for transportation with luggage on board makes party buses absolutely perfect for longer trips. No matter what you're looking to store inside of our party buses, suitcases or boxes of party supplies, you'll find that it's never a problem, no matter what size bus you rent. Our Sterling Heights Party Buses are absolutely perfect for any events or happenstances, and this is only one of the reasons why that is!

How many buses do you have?
At the present time, we have over 10 luxurious buses, limousines, and party vans for you to choose from. Should you need to transport more than the amount of passengers that a particular bus holds, you are more than welcome to rent more than one vehicle at a time! Can we eat, drink, and smoke?
You are more than welcome to eat and drink on board our vehicles. Even alcoholic beverages are allowed, and we provide beautiful acrylic and granite bars with built-in coolers (plus ice and cups!) for that very purpose. Unfortunately for smokers, we're sorry, but we do not allow smoking on any of our vehicles. However, our professional chauffeurs will be happy to stop at any time to allow for a smoke break. We're sorry for the inconvenience!
